autstat Support

I tried to install R through the following procedure but I failed. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to install it correctly.

1. Install R-3.3.3-win.exe

2. start R(32-bit) as administrator and run following code :

However, I cannot find statconn Excel in AddIn.

Also, when I started SetupTest.exe, following message is returned :

All files are installed by default.
My computer operating system is Windos 10 home.

Did you get any error/warning messages when installing scExcel?
If not, you should see a new ribbon "scExcel" or "SExcel".
The installer should have created log files on installation. Can you please have a look if you can find them and post them if you really don't see an SExcel ribbon

I'm sorry, there was a mistake. I ran SExcel-AddIn-packed.xll and found the Add-In.
However, R could not be connected. license expired(error code : 2147745841).
How do I get a student license?

It seems, installation failed completely on your system. The statconnDCOM version installed with SExcel4Full1.0-0B1 has not expired yet. Please reinstall the program.

I tried the reinstallation three times, but the result was the same.
Is there anything I missed during the installation process?

No-one can tell what went wrong if you do not share the log files as requested

Please use the "LicenseTest" application from the download area and use license key "SExcel4", then post the results from DebugView.

I have successfully installed scExcel, thanks to you.

However, I could not find any fucntions that were available in previous versions of RExcel (ex, linear regression, stack variable, ...)

In order to use those functions, do I need to install previous version like RExcelInst3.2.16_HomeAndStudent.exe , or can I use them in scExcel?

You can use the functions in scExcel as well, but the RCommander-Menu is not yet implemented. You can instead use RCommander itself. If you need more help, please start a new topic
