autstat Support

Hello,
We're trying to install the new license file for scExcel v4 (Home & Student), but it seems that the updates were allowed only until February 28th. Do you know how to proceed to fix this issue ?

Why would you want to install a new license file? Current scExcel will work until May.

I'm trying to install R and RExcel for the first time on my new computer. I already installed R (V3.5.1) and now I'm trying to add RExcel. We followed the process below :

1. From your website, we downloaded a program named "scExcelFull1.0-0B6_HomeStudent_x86 (1).exe" and the associated license file named "347_SExcel4_HomeStudent_32.lic".
2. We executed scExcelFull1.0-0B6_HomeStudent_x86 (1).exe

From this point, we launched Excel, but the connection with R was not working. We have the following message :

If you are using the foreground server, please make sure R is running and rcom is loaded.

From the "Austat Maintenance Tool (built 21/06/2019 23:21:44)" we found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\autstat\Excel\statconnDCOM\bin\statconnRSetupTest.exe", we did the following test :

I just had a look and unfortunately, the latest version available for download is still 1.0-0B6. Just uploaded 1.0-1B1, which is the current version.
