Hello,
I have installed 'scExcelFull1.0-1B2_HomeStudent_x86' last week and the software works fine in first few days, but now it showed 'license expired' again. I run the Maintenance Tool show license file information, it says
Analyzing license file <D:\Program Files (x86)\autstat\Excel\statconnDCOM\i386\SExcel4.lic>
license file with id <328> for product <SExcel4>, created 2019-2-12 14:44:53
updates allowed until 2019-12-31 23:00:00 (2019-12-31 23:00:00)
registered for <autstat GmbH> in <Austria>
supports 32 bit R: True, supports 64 bit R False
professional: False, floating/concurrent: False, server: False
number of licenses: 1
It seems the expiration is 2019-12-31 23:00:00, why it shows 'license expired' when I connect excel to R?
How can I solve this issue? Is there a permanent license on sale?

Dear Lei,
the license has expired end of October. Unfortunately we had rather severe problems with our server infrastructure the past weeks, so we are a bit behind in releasing a new version of scExcel.
A new version is expected until end of this week.
Of course, you can also purchase a permanent license. Please use the appropriate form at http://autstat.com/index.php/request-form.html to get a quote. In case you are purchasing for an academic institution, please mention this. There are discounts available for academia.
