RExcel4 is currently under development. We have planned to release a first beta version for looking at the features end of March.
At the moment, we are focusing on sheet functions, mainly RApply (including the helper functions AsSimpleDF, Down*). Interactive Use of RExcel currently is not our focus.
We would like to ask you for comments if the priorities we have set are also what you have in mind. Are you using RExcel in a more interactive way (using the toolbar/menu/popup menu), or are you using sheet functions only?
After our bad experience with closed beta testing for statconnDCOM (not even 50% of the testers took the time to simply send an e-mail message telling what they experienced), we are giving a second try. Whoever wants to have an intimate look at the first version of RExcel4, please use the contact form and let us know.
Licensed users of the Professional version of RExcel, please tell us your license number. Users of the Home&Student version of RExcel, please provide information on how you comply with the Home&Student license.
